Dalmeny community connections

Independent guide · Updated 2 October 2026

The former website connected the church building with a wider network of village activities.

A shared place

Its community navigation included groups and a church café. The separate hall and centre pages described spaces for people to meet. Together, these records show how practical facilities and social life sat alongside worship and heritage.

Explore the archived community groups and the Church Centre notes.

Find current activities

The current parish community page provides a starting point for present-day parish activities. For a particular group, ask its organiser about the next meeting, who can attend, venue, costs and access arrangements.

Read a community archive carefully

A group named on a historical page may have moved, changed its programme or stopped meeting. Avoid reusing old personal telephone numbers as if they were current contacts. When researching village life, distinguish the existence of a listing from evidence of attendance, membership or continuity.

For current worship, events, bookings and enquiries, use Dalmeny and Queensferry Parish Church. This independent guide does not take bookings or speak for the parish.
